Tres Cazuelas... I have nothing but glowing words to say. Their dinner menu, fabulous. Their brunch menu, INCREDIBLE! I've never had Eggs Benedict before and their braised short rib Benedict is absolutely incredible in every sense of the word. Short rib was cooked to perfection and their chipotle hollandaise was off the hook.
Had the 18oz rib eye... was delicious. The potato and spinach was pleasantly surprised. Also had the salmon and the caldo tlalpeño. Service was excellent. Noticed the owner took the time to go by each table and great his customers.
Like everyone else, I give this place a solid 5 stars. Fantastic menu served up with excellent service. The hospitality of the owner is truly exceptional. You will not find better patatas bravas ANYWHERE. And the garlic shrimp is equally mouth-watering. If you like sangria, you'll love their special house-bottled blend of wine and aromatic spices just sweet enough. Can't wait to make the 4 hour drive from LA to have dinner here.
This spot is a must stop. The food is amazing, the staff and owner are friendly and accommodating. There's covered outdoor seating and a great atmosphere. Everything we ordered was amazing and I only wish I could have eaten more.
Love it! What a hidden little gem. We tried practically everything on the tapas side and I must say we were not disappointed. The pork belly with the peach, the charred octopus, steak tartar with bone marrow and the muscles with olive oil and garlic is a must have when you go there. Also don't forget about the empanadas. Can't wait to come back and try the other half of the menu. Maybe even save room for dessert.
